Floyd would of course get KTFO too lol he'd be maxed out at 151 against guys who probably walk around at 190 at least

When he first turned pro in 1940, aged 19, he was fighting at 135 lbs and outgrew 135 pretty quickly. Within a year, actually.

He turned pro in 1940 by 1941 he was already fighting above Lightweight and by 1942 he was fighting at Welterweight.

You don't know what you're talking about.

In 1940 SRR was 19 and one the Golden Gloves at lightweight 135lbs. Floyd's first fight as a pro he was 19 and weighed in at 131+ lbs the lightweight class.

So how was Floyd bigger then?

And are you going to ignore the rest

By the age of 20 he was fighting above Lightweight and by the age of 21 he was fighting at Welterweight.

So how is that the same as Mayweather? Or better yet, smaller than Mayweather?

        Such a laughable notion.

At the age of 30 Mayweather was fighting at Welterweight and weighing in at 150 for a Jr MW Bout. Robinson was fighting at Middleweight and weighing in at 160 lbs.

I echo, you don't know what you're talking about.

          Reasonably.

I'd say he grew into a solid MW especially for those days.

He regularly weighed in at 160 lbs.

At 19 they were the same size.

Robinson was a natural welter in his prime and so is Mayweather.

Trying to hate on Floyd, but really he's just confirming how good he thinks Floyd is by implying he should be fighting these guys.

Floyd is scared of decent competition at 147 so light heavy is lol floyd will commit a crime to avoid fighting and have a excuse.

Did Sugar Ray Robinson start at 130?

And did SRR have to fight guys who outweighed him 10-15lbs on fight night with the same day weigh in? And top Heavyweights being as small as 185-190lbs, let alone LHW's weight being smaller than that.

                      He did.

                      But seldom.

The Lamotta fights (Especially the early ones) and the Maxim fight he was quite drastically outweighed.

He was under the Welterweight limit (Around 145 lbs) for his first loss, to Jake Lamotta in which Lamotta come in his usual 160 lbs.

That being said, the notion of Robinson being the same size as Mayweather is nothing short of ridiculous.

To try and claim the idea of Robinson being smaller is just baffling.
