Kirkland the best pressure fighter in the game?

What you guys think about Mandingo after last night? He wore out Angulo the same way as he did tapia last night. Tapia was a solid prospect, and u can't argue that unless you're a hater. If his problems with his "chin" have been corrected how far can this man go. Especially with the 154 division being what it is. How far is Mandingos ceiling after last nights victory?

    A level pressure
    D level defense

Dude's atrocious defense will always be a liability no matter how good he pressures fighters. You don't have to completely abandon defense to be a pressure fighter.

Anyhow, I feel that Santa Cruz and GGG are better pressure fighters than James.

There's better out there. His defense is just non existant as mentioned.

Maybe its my imagination but (maybe cuz I havent seen him fight in a while) did he sound a little punchy last night?

          f#ck no..... his chin sucks.

glen tapia was a green 23 year old who had his jaw broken and a couple teeth broken by a journeyman named clinton whitaker three years ago.

kirkland has power, relatively fast hands, and is a southpaw. he's also in dog shape when he's training hard. eight miles a day through a full training camp is no f#cking joke. ann wolfe has that poor guy working like a god. what he lacks in craft [and believe me, he lacks in craft,] he tries to make up for with conditioning.

Noway near the best pressure fighter. Last nights doing was more to do with Tapia's horrible gameplan than anything else.

Hes a good prospect he has just fallen so in love with Arturo Gatti and wanting to please the fans hes abandoned what got him to where he is.

That kid is not a pressure fighter, hes a green boxer-puncher who has lost his identity.

Maybe there's a handful of 154 lb fighters that can beat him but I want to see him fight them anyway. Canelo would be fun or GGG @154 if he can make weight comfortably.

Yeah maybe I jumped the gun. He's the best pressure fighter at 154 tho. And with his work rate, stamina and power. He can f some of those top tier guys up. I can see him putting Nelo and Lara on there a$$. Plus just love the chemistry with him and Ann Wolff. And I quote " u took his nuts, now take his heart". The Kirkland team is just vicious. Gotta love it
