How is that a 'new' angle if it's recorded off the TV?
Groves' habit of letting his arms hang by his side at times hurt him with the ref I think. In the lead up to that exchange he was leaning on Froch with his arms hanging down and you could see the ref was concerned by it. Made it look like he was hurt and staggering when he was still alright.Comment

That angle makes it look like Groves got put out by that right. Again, still think it was too early, but Groves looks much more hurt than I thought live.Comment

lol@ trying to justify this pathetic stoppage
this wasn't no domestic bout, it was a championship fight
if groves was going to get stopped he deserved to get stopped the right way,Comment

Yh look how quickly he recovered. He only fell forward offering ZERO resistance with his hands almost touching the canvas, doubles over, facing away, not bracing himself & taking shots, fell into the referee and it wasn't until the referee stopped the fight and turned him around and after he FELL into the ropes a full 5 seconds later did he respond.
Lets not go on like he wasn't reeling and eating big shots and on the fade for 2 rounds prior.
He is lucky the referee jumped in because that is the last place you want to be against a fight like Carl Froch when he smells blood.
His exhaustion, weak chin & inexperience cost him the fight, not the referee.Comment
