Broner Vs Maidana 50/50 seriously where do you get this stuff. Maidana was running from Lopez and was there to be stopped in that fight. Was rocked and (IMO) lost to an old Morales and in his biggest win to date was down 3 times

When Broner beats Maidana worse than he did Demarco he will be hyped up again.

And adrien broner lost to a slow plodding ponce de leon. Lost to ESPN FNF fighter quintero. Was getting tagged by midget gavin rees and his stubby arms. Got outworked by a past prime malignaggi. Maidanas win over ortiz is better than any win on broners resume.

The truth is, the verdict is still out.

His talent is undeniable. I don't think the Paulie fight lessened my opinion of Broner. Paulie's style is one of the few that will make Broner look human. He still won the fight clearly.

As far as his mentality/strength/commitment, again, the verdict is still out. He's had two fights that were questionably close, both of which he came on late to edge out the win. That's a good sign. However, he starts slow. Against the right guy, that may be a problem. But we haven't got there yet.

To be elite, you have to be able to adjust to what's in front of you. Broner has not had to do that yet. He's been able to fight HIS fight against 99% of his opponents. We'll have to see him in a situation where he is really uncomfortable to know just how great he is. Until then, claims of him being elite or a bum are premature.

Broner is NOT an elite fighter... He is a good undefeated fighter coming up that hasn't fought anyone yet. I just watched his fight against Paulie and even though I had him winning the fight, he looked flat footed and sluggish. Not how an elite fighter should look.

I'm a Broner fan too I think he's a funny dude... But when he says he is top 5 p4p he is just trolling there's no way he thinks he deserves to be top 5 p4p. Even if he thinks he capable of being top 5 p4p he knows he is no where near yet.

Anyway I'm doing too much hating I need to neutralize it with some good things to say about him. He's overall a good young undefeated fighter. He has great defense, his power is there even though it will be neutralized against elite fighters. I like his song "On everything" and his verse with Soulja Boy. I saw his sex tape his penis looks like it's about 9inches but he fornicates like a snail. He's a pretty good rapper for a boxer. He's multi-talented...

Here's a list of fighter of how I think will stack up against Broner at 147lbs.

List of fighters that will beat Broner 100% guaranteed. No risk involved at all, it's like putting money in the bank or investing in a treasury bond or a T-Bill you will get your money.
        The list of fighters are:
Mayweather, Pacquiao, Bradley, Miguel Cotto Amir Khan (his style will cause Broner problems)

List of fighter that will most likely beat Broner:
Danny Garcia, Brandon Rios, Mike Alvarado, Ruslan P, Lucas M, Marquez

Fights that will go either way:
        Zab Judah, Marcos Maidana

Overall I don't think Broner can beat a single elite fighter and he'll be an underdog in my opinion against a lot of good fighters.
Not exactly the way I see it.

In the Malignaggi fight, he chose to stand toe to toe against Paulie knowing full well he didn't need to run. In addition, he wanted to make it personal wanted to prove that Paulie couldn't hurt him and instead wanted to give him a beating for 12 rounds, which was inevitably what happened.

I don't believe we've seen Broner at his best yet.

He's athletically gifted and will be hard to beat due to his Mayweather-style defense.

Eventually he'll be taken to deep waters if he faces a determined fighter with a big punch and a heart to match.

Then we'll know what he's really capable of.

He has all the physical talent but he has not been in the ring with real opposition yet. I do like Broner's more aggressive style. Sometimes people that are that athletically gifted will not trade and engage the way Broner does. He is entertaining.

Broner is talented i dont really like him but he can fight..
i really think maidana can hurt him but i kinda have a feeling broner might do a job on him. As for paulie vs broner it just goes to show that guys like khan and hatton have decent power where as broner probably doesn't possess the power at 147 to get many ko's. I think after his last fight he wants to show he is elite and we might see something different next weekend.

Broner still has a LOT to prove

His lack of lower body movement will be his downfall

Yes he has fast hands and power, but he cant get out of the way of punches. His footwork is horrible

ppl see flaws in broner that dont really exist because he is always mixing up his style, using different strategys for different opponents (as he should). for example just because he chose to stand in front of guys like rees and malignaggi who he knew couldnt hurt him doesnt mean he will stand in front of someone like maidana. broner isnt a one trick pony.

also ppl hold old fights against him too much even though they know damn well hes improved since then, like quintero and ponce. not saying we should pretend it didnt happen, but you need to take into regard that it happened a good while back.

its not like broner is 34, he is still a long way from his prime but anytime you point that out ppl come with the "he young doe" crap like it makes sense. but it doesnt make sense, fighters improve and younger fighters have more time left in the game to improve before their bodys begin to slow down. broner is still a work in progress, how far he goes remains to be seen. my main concern is his immaturity, dude gives me young zab judah vibes. as far as both his talent and his frame of mind goes, if he avoids the pit falls zab couldnt he will be a great fighter imo. even if he doesnt he will still have a good career as talented as he is.
