It's sad that Manny's performance against Rios gets downplayed because of business situations. Floyd's performance against Canelo was basically the same thing. A one sided clinic against a serious underdog. Difference being Canelo was over rated and most won't admit it because he's Mexico's next biggest star.

True boxing fans shouldn't get caught up in choosing sides, we should demand the fight regardless of whatever excuses are being put out there.

I like Schaefer, but this is the same guy that gave us Canelo vs Josesito Lopez last year. He has no business criticizing GGG for taking a stay-busy fight, especially since GGG has been fighting every 3 months like clockwork.

Golden Boy usually puts on very good fights and stacked cards, but Schaefer knows that nobody is above a stay-busy fight, especially when they're being ducked.

Dude does put on stacked cards, way more than TR.
Doesn't mean he doesn't make mismatches and Lopez/Canelo was one of the saddest mismatches I've ever seen

I found it funny when it was compared to Pac/DLH.....guess it's not a mismatch if you can compare it to something else

what the hell are you talking about??????? so your saying if arum put pac in with canelo pac would as good as floyd did????? man please you know canelo would ko pac inside of 5 rounds. and just like schaffer said, when GB promotions had JMM and shane arum made them leave GB if they wanted a bout with pac. and none of the pac fans had a problem with that the all co-signed on it in fact. Now GB is on the top there are saying what arum said and everyone has a problem with it. get real i have no problem with arums face being pushed into the pile of crap he pushed everyone else's face into when all he wanted and still wants to make only in house fights. people said floyd ducked cotto but as soon as cotto left top rank he and floyd fought and it was cottos biggest payday. now floyd and gb are saying if pac wants to fight floyd he has to leave arum. turn about is fair play. good for them to give arum a taste of his own foul medicine.

not even close!!!!!! just because floyd made canelo look bad there is no wat you can compare the two. canelo came in at 175lbs while floyd was 151 lbs. if floyd did not posses world class defence, canelo would have hurt him bad. while pac was put in with the #6 rated lw who just came off a loss. if floyd v canelo was so bad why not put pac in with canelo? it will never happen because pac will never fight out side top rank. like schaffer said pac v floyd will happen in 2014 when he is free of arum.
