Schaefer doesn't like disrespect, except when he disrespects his own fighter Lara. And he doesn't like making fights where everybody knows who's going to win, except when he made Mayweather-Guerrero, Khan-Molina, Canelo-Lopez, Quillin-Guerrero, etc.

From everyone talking on here, the feds need to jump in and make this a legitimate sport / regulate it- make it. These guys hold too much power and their pre-madona attitude towards eachother will be the downfall. The sport is ran the same way it was conceived damn near 200 years ago.Comment

This is "tradition" -- it reflects a "natural inclination" (or "disposition")...From everyone talking on here, the feds need to jump in and make this a legitimate sport / regulate it- make it. After Quillin's last fight i have some new found reservations about him fighting GGG. I also think that Arreola is going to be too much for Wilder if they fight any time soon. if i were Schaefer, i'd be uneasy too.Comment

Disrespect or not Golovkin needs to fight a contender already. Sanchez and his team need to make some shlt happen and make a credible fight. Enough with the excuses. I no longer believe that the entire Boxing stable of credible fighters are ducking him.Last edited by LAPete; 12-05-2013, 09:58 AM.Comment

Typical! Schaffer basically bashes cherrypicking for an entire article and he's in the wrong because he mentioned GGG.
Shotime and HBO are now magically not a barrier for fights to happen because it suits your GGG agenda? Grow up you foolComment
