Actually, he was probably supposed to get it after beating PEDerson. I know going into that fight it was the last time I considered whether Khan would be competitive with Floyd or not. When he looked so lost in that fight, I couldn't have cared less afterwards.

But you're right, he could have gotten it again for beating Danny. Golden Boy has wanted this for years, and I guess they finally had enough of waiting for Khan to earn it.
