Last time I seen this guy he got knocked the *** out by Kevin Johnson....KEVIN JOHNSON?....again...KEVIN JOHNSON? And it looked like they was fighting at a school in the Lunch Area

I guess this is one of those "STAY ACTIVE FIGHTS"

Well it's his mandatory, so. The IBF Pulev as their mandatory, but I think the WBO will get it first.

Can't blame Wladimir over his mandatories, just his other opponents in Wach and Pianeta were beyond awful.

Wlad better make up for that crap Povetkin fight and put some actual punches together this time.

he's 37 & he looks vulnerable without Emanuel steward in his corner. leapai is no threat but chris arreola is with his in your face style. wlad wouldn't be leaning on him like he was povetkin. arreola will fight out of it & be swinging all night. arreola puts punches together & throws lots of combinations.i don't worry about the stiverne fight as he had a broken nose & that changed everything. arreola would crush boytsov & leapai in 1 round...

Why are people acting surprised? It was going to be Boytsov/Leapai winner vs Wlad and Leapai won. This is not a surprise. The only surprise was that Leapai won but we knew the winner would be Wlad's mando.

it was a 10 round fight & wasn't listed as an eliminator. it wasn't announced at the fight as an eliminator. it was a stay busy fight for boytsov & it was leapai's asia pacific title on the line. in all my years of watching boxing i have NEVER seen a world title eliminator any less then 12 rounds. regional belts yes it is common but not world title eliminators. he was #8 & beat #1 so they bumped him up. i had no idea it was an eliminator until i read an article on the WBO website...
