          He doesn't have to fight Leapai next; he can come to an arrangement with the sanctioning bodies.

          Anyway, isn't Pulev IBF mandatory?

              Yes he is but he will fight leapai first. Easy money & he can hold off fighting pulev again... The IBF should strip him if he doesnt fight pulev

                i have been saying it for years that regional belts is how you build rankings. this is proof of that. stiverne won 4, charr now has 6 WBC trinkets & now leapai. the 2 belts leapai has have made barrett, tua & shane Cameron all top 10 WBO fighters when they held them...
