The numbers were given to reporters by Bob Arum, who has a long history of lying and who lies about everything. I haven't read a single story in which it stated that the $18 million number was listed in the Pacquiao/Rios contract. The reason is because journalists didn't have access to the contract since the fight was in China and had t take Arum's word for it. We don't know what the real numbers are and I don't believe anything Bob Arum says. That is my point.
