Man Roy is just old and tired now.. He clearly can't or doesn't want to train to make 175 any more.. I saw his body at cruiser weight and to me it just looked so ODD and just like damn. Or maybe he is still a tad bit faster then most of the cruiser weights and figures its to his advantage why the guys at LHW could catch him easier IDK. But I still don't think its a good look even fighting low key fighters.

More power to him if he wants to fight on. Pretty smart though really, building a foreign market fanbase, whereas alotta fighters/managers STILL don't think about that potential cash cow.

The only way RJ don't get robbed is if he goes there and puts on a boxing clinic. If this fight is left in the hands of the judges...RJ will have another L on his record. Classic Roy better show up and prepared for war or he will be a stepping stone for his opponent's career. I have RJ winning this by Decision if the REAL JONES JR...shows up.

Most commentators will have multiple jobs outside of the ring as well such as radio, newspaper, other media outlets. So HBO is not going to pay RJJ the type of money being a commentator. Which is why RJJ is so willing now to fight overseas now because they are willing to compensate him to bring him to their country something America TV networks is not willing to do right now.
He got about $20 million for the Ruiz fight. Y'all musta forgot how much money he was generating.

PS : Shenmue is the greatest game ever! (I consider Shenmue 1 & 2 to be a single game).

His opponent is not even russian lol. Roy is co-promoting the fight and he's the name fighter, he'll get the nod. In his last fight in Poland he arguably lost and still got a wide decision.

Apparently you like watching one of your favorite fighters get his brain scrambled by low level fighters that couldn't live with him in his heyday.
