Bob Arum clearly wants this fight to happen. He put in all that effort to make sure Manny's cut would heal in 6 months, secure investors from Singapore and a group led by Joe Jackson, build a temporary stadium with 100 yard views with no binoculars and port o poties and he was willing to walk into a court room and push Floyd's jail sentence back another month.

That's what you call taking initiative.
