Guerrero? Ortiz? Top of their weight class?
But he won 2 of those fights and hes beaten multiple world champions. Alexander was #1 at the time, so was Peterson (and he should of had a world title from that)

And lets face it they're not any worse than Ortiz, Guerrero, Boldomir, you can probably add Canelo to that too.

Someone had posted this after pretty known. It just wasnt meant to be that night. From the corner (no enswell), the ref (low blows yada yada whatever the people are saying) and also the result changing call in the 11th of what some consider a "controversial" one. Most of all he fought Danny who's good enough to make it count! Mayweather isnt ducking either of these guys. They're both not fast enough. Bottom line.

If the tape did sc**** the eye it was dumb luck but Garcia winging shots low over & over was strategy. I'm suprised Weeks was such a ***** & didn't call anything until round 12, along with bull**** knockdown while Matthysse was stuck in ropes. The usually solid Weeks ****** and luck was on Garcia 's side

So would you be hyped for Peterson or Alexander fight for Floyd?? are these great fights for Floyd since they were so great for Lucas???

Guerrero was a 3 division champion...better then Lucas

Ortiz was actually a ww world champion-Lucas NEVER BEEN A CHAMPION

Canelo was a unified ring champion...how the hell can you compare that to lucas?

Baldo was a lineal champ-Lucas never been a world champion

ya'll have to deal with facts and reality....Lucas best win which is peterson would have been laughed at it floyd fought him..and the fighters he lossed to would be laughable as well...so keep it real damn!!!!

That swollen eye serious changed the outcome of the fight. Before it, Matthyse was just ahead of the scorecard.

After he literally lost every round.

And look who they beat for those titles

Guerrero has no stand out wins. Karass ffs just beat both welters he beat in better fashion
Ortiz got spanked by Peterson then beat Berto (who hasn't?)
Canelo didn't beat anybody at all, his only win was Trout and that was a gift decision.

They're good wins at best but certainly not what you'd expect from a #1 p4p

Let me guess you'll justify Floyd fighting Khan too by saying he was a former two time world champion

Don't get me wrong I am a Floyd fan but I am not justifying the **** he cherrypicks and the way he ducks fighters perceived as threats.

to be fair guerrero wasn't a 3 division world champ thats just waht showtime was trying to feed us. guerrero has held the IBF titles at 126, and 130. he was the interim champ at LW and WW.

canelo held the wba "regular" title while floyd was still the real WBA champ at 154.
