IMO, John Elway is a better QB than Peyton Manning. Moral of the story is,you don't have to be as good as Ray Leonard to be great.

I think Showtime will be forced to drop their remaining contract. I don't see how they would want to continue while losing millions of dollars. They're spending more than they're making. Fact that they have to spend millions more by supporting the so-called cash cow with strong undercards means they're not getting their money's worth. Bottom line is he's only valuable if he's matched with the right opponent, not to mention undercards. Otherwise, it's more profitable for them to make regular fights.

Showtime won't just drop the remaining. It makes no sense. They knew what they were doing and took the risk of losing money with the deal to one up HBO. They didn't necessarily sign Floyd for a profit. They wanted marketshare.
