The truth about mayweather pay per views is that he does not do well without a Mexican holiday date and Mexican opponent. Fact is not even african Americans pay to see his fights he would not sale more tickets than manny if they fought the same day.and Floyds faught someone like Alexander. Yes ? No?
Of course that's why he wants Canelo on his undercard.
LMFAO I hope these kind of threads help you haters get through your day...check the numbers between Floyd/Pac vs the same opponent. Seriously you guys should go hit the gym & play bball or lift weights instead of thinking about Floyd all damn day!
When he fought Hatton was December 8th some special mexican holiday I didn't know about?
The majority of his fights that did well were against Latino boxers. It's obvious. The only reason they would consider Khan is the strong following he has in the UK.
I don't know why that's a problem for people, but it is.
Because your dealing with very prideful people here...they hate the fact that Mayweather is still able to make money using "their" holidays. Canelo was the last great hope and he was easily schooled. There's nobody left so bitterness has reset in and these threads will continue until Floyd retires. Real simple though boxing is a business and it would be ****** of Floyd to fight on any other day when those two dates have proven to be the most lucrative fight weekends for him.

If you want to get technical he's only fought two Mexicans in the last 10 years. If you're counting Robert Guerrero, Victor Ortiz, and Oscar De La Hoya (even though they were born in the US) that's still only 5 opponents. In his last 16 fights,11 of his opponent (actually 14) were not Mexican, so I don't know how you can make that claim. You're right about the holidays but hey if people want pay him all that money to watch their favorite fighter lose does it really matter which holiday it is and can you blame him?
