El Terrible by a mile, he beat Pacquiao by skills while JMM beat him because of obsession that lead Marquez to waste his legacy by going to memo for steroids for his last resort.

          Better resume Marquez.
More loved from boxing fans Morales.

If you factor in that Marquez was on the wrong side of decisions against Norwood and John, and arguably against Pacquiao two times in his prime, it's pretty close. Closer then people are making it out to be.

Marquez will be remembered in the same light as of how Buster Douglas KOd Tyson.

Morales beat Pacquiao in THE FIRST TRY! And beat prime barrera.
Marquez took 4 tries to officially show the judges he won, and barely beat barrera

                Marquez is Douglas now?
You realize Marquez is older than Barrera ? And yes morales beat Pacquiao the first time he also took a beating the next two fights while all four marquez/ Pacquiao fights were as competitive as they get.

Resume wise Morales get the nod he has better all around wins . And although both are great fighters Marquez is a better fighter Imo
