He was ducking lesser fighters by fighting Pac and Bradley?

he's been given what he wanted, yet after he lost to Bradley he couldnt accept defeat and cried robbery, despite thoroughly being outboxed.

You either continue to fight and give younger fighters a chance (like Bernard) or you retire.

what is he payperview king/prince? arum wont do it, the fight against bradley dont even guarantee him a rematch, his only chance is if bradley wont rematch pac, or go to gbp and face broner, alexander, mayweather(LOL), or go to abc title to make him and interim belt, so lame lol

He can't train harder than he did for that fight, and found himself out of gas by Round 5. Bradley fight was not close enough, that created an uproar in Boxing. He lost a decision, was a slow and smaller looking 40 year old, now that drug testing was in place, and would be for another fight, which won't take place. JMM was nearly dropped by light hitting Bradley in the last round, so there's no need. Provo is no option for Marquez. He's a young 26 year old killer, tha imposes his will on you and is very heavy handed in each hand. NO WAY Marquez steps in against that risky fight, but it would make for a nice payday for Provo, so I understand why they'd love the fight; they'd love the opportunity to stop a Marquez cold in his tracks, and would do so. For Provo to fight Rios makes no sense. Why? He looked horrible against Pacquiao, and was beaten by Alvarado, a b-level fighter Provo just embarrassed. Provo should go fight Danny Garcia. Bradley won't be anxious to fight Provo again, Floyd Mayweather isn't fighting Pacquaio, and Provo taking on Garcia makes all the sense in the world. Garcia doesn't have enough power nor fight to hold off a Provodnikov.
You are out of your mind if you think that it was a fluke hail mary, or that Marquez was on his way to being stopped. He's never been stopped.

Marquez could potentially look fantastic in this fight.

Perhaps your definition of duck is different than everyone else

Khan isnt a welterweight, and has plenty of chances. He also doesnt deserve a fight with Marquez yet. Same with Rios.

He didn't duck them. At the time Marquez was looking for a Pacquiao 3 & 4 fight, which gave him more money than either fight.

Marquez was offered the Khan fight when Khan was champion at 140lbs. Marquez's trainer advised him not to take it. They went on to fight guys like Katsidis and Likar Ramos who were clearly more suited to Marquez's style as well as being lesser fighters.

It's similar to the Tim Bradley situation. Both saw a money fight with Pacquiao in the offing so they didn't want to risk losing it by fighting someone who could beat them (Khan).

I don't know about the Rios situation. Rios is absolutely made to order for JMM.
