The last 5 GBP vs TR fights were:

Hopkins-Pavlik
Mosley-Margarito
De La Hoya-Pacquiao
Gamboa-Ponce De Leon
Lara-Martirosyan

Except for De La Hoya-Pacquiao (where TR had everything to gain) and Lara-Martirosyan (a final WBC eliminator for Canelo), the fights featured TR having the heavy betting favorite against GBP's underdog taking place on Top Rank cards because they refuse to co-promote.

Top Rank preferred to have Donaire fight a phenom in Rigondeaux for around $1-1.5M instead of having him fight on a GBP card against Mares (where Nonito would've been the betting favorite) for $3M. It's been clear to me that Bob Arum wants nothing to do with GBP without there being heavy incentive.

gbp does treat its fighters better. they paid Robert guerrero 1 million dollars for the berto fight. they paid danny Garcia 1.5 million for the matthysse fight. they paid malignaggi 1 million dollars for the broner fight. top rank would never hand out those type of paydays too those fighters. and lara being a tough sell is a fact. and bob arum said the same thing about rigodeaux being a tough sell, so whats your point?

Rios got 4mil for PAC. Ortiz and ghost got way less than that to fight Floyd. TR pays mannys opponents way more than Floyd's opponents get.

2. The only reason him and other fighters under Al Haymon get such high purses is because of the money GBP save using his lucrative connections to the networks & arenas.

I'd seriously jump for joy if GB-TR kissed and made up. So many great matchups to be made in boxing.... and what better way to make boxing a mainstream sport again than to MAKE those big fights. but no. arum and schaefer are like two former best friends on the playground pouting and sitting in the corner avoiding each other.

I truly think Bob is afraid most of his fighters will lose and why risk when bob can match his fighters with fighters he knows have a disadvantage and so he has control of who wins and who looses.

Not so much of fear but more about greed to keep as much of the money from the bouts as he can

Martinez is not a Top Rank fighter...he also wanted to fight Manny and at a catchweight and we heard...crickets

I know that Martinez is NOT a Top Rank fighter. If you re-read my post, you may catch the "joke" ..... man, I even state in that post that Martinez is NOT a TR fighter ..... BUT Martinez did fight a TR fighter but heard crickets from Floyd, who has been working hand in hand with GB.

Martinez later admitted that Manny would probably if he were not so small. That is why he pressed for Floyd. Must I remind you that Manny has stated that he would go back down for good after the Margarito fight (tried 150 once) and not attempt at 154.

Floyd, on the other hand, has been fighting MORE at 154 than many of his opponents that he faced at WW. So there should be no excuse there! So it PROVES that he picks and choses ....
