How doesn't it? If Kotelnik can beat you clearly then surely there's plenty other better fighters with all round better ability that could do the same?

Obviously he's a difficult match up for some, for many. But everyone? No definitely not.

Bradley beat him easily, Kotelnik beat him easily and Matthysse beat him clearly, had a few issues in a few rounds but overal beat him relatively easily or atleast clearly.

If those 3 can beat him clearly then I'd imagine there's plenty more who can.

Thurman is not gonna stand there to get clinch, he moves around whilst throwing bombs/ counters, trying to tie up isn't gonna be as easy. Even then Thurman is big WW who can easily fight at '54.

Your talking about beating him. I said he poses a difficult style matchup. Not that he beats everybody at 147. There are plenty of welterweights I would pick to beat him so I actually agree.

Obviously he's a difficult match up for some, for many. But everyone? No definitely not.
So we're just going back and forth because of my choice to use the word "anyone" instead of "many"?

Your talking about beating him again. So I agree. There are several welterweights I would pick to beat him. I never said he was the best at 147 and that he would beat them all.

I know you aren't saying that but I think it's been proven that the latter is also not true.

Well yeah, because that's what you said. The two words have different meanings so it's pretty important to the statement that you said "anyone" meaning there's not a single fighter who wouldn't have a difficult fight with Alexander which just isn't true.

I'm not just talking about beating him.

The 3 people who have beaten him beat him clearly and two of which didn't have much difficulty in doing so.

Bailey = huge ****er but come on he's 55 years old he throws 1 shot per round and lands 2 shots per fight
The conversation was about power and Bailey's age didn't prevent him from knocking out a young, unbeaten fighter in Mike Jones. Maidana is far from overrated as a puncher.
