Yeah, that beating he took is the kind that does more damage to a person's self confidence than physical damage to their body. He just got showed up and embarrassed once Pac got into his groove.

Ortiz could possibly beat him but I'd still roll with Rios because Ortiz will be full of rust, scared to take a punch and looking at the ref for help as Rios mugs him and roughs him up.

Yeah, I have no problem with that. Rios definitely could wear Ortiz down and make him quit. But as you say, Rios has had a rough past few fights. He won one, but that was a war too. Then he took a lot of damage in the last two, and lost them both. I think it's becoming more and more obvious how limited Rios is, but his toughness and ability to take punishment is still there.

But how much longer will it be there, or how long will it continue to win him fights? I dunno. Personally, if he fights Ruslan next, I think that very well could cut his career much shorter. And I'd take Ruslan to absolutely demolish Rios.
