    Dawson

Dawson is done. He doesn't want to fight anymore. Same thing with Andre Dirrell,

Chad should take a soft touch next fight. He's been knocked out in his last two consecutive fights. He needs to forget about an Adonis rematch right now.

Dawson needs a couple of tune up fights before he gets a rematch with Stevenson.

Chad does have some real skill at his best but lacks consistancy. Even before the back to back losses to Ward and Stevenson the pts TD loss to Pascal seemed to show him slipping, and TBH I believe that version of Dawson could lose to Stevenson even without a stoppage.

Without a doubt he does need to get some winnable fights behind him and look to rebuild. Settle down and stay with a trainer and promoter he can work with and fight his way back into a title shot. If possible he should also be looking to fight a bit more often.

Dawson's been fighting at the top level for about 6 years but the last 3 of those have seen more losses than wins, and if he doesn't get things back on track soon he's likely to fade into irrelevance (though on form he's too good to ever be completely written off).

Another big KO win for Adonis. Dawson's done at the elite level IMO and like it or not, I really believe Stevenson is an elite LHW.

Agreed, although I feel like maybe Chad has already faded into irrelevance TBH
