Why wont Floyd Money Mayweather make the biggest fight in boxing?

Floyd is p4p #1, he holds all the cards in negotiating and stands to make the most lucrative fight in history.

It is a blatant dodge and has been de****able that they never fought in their primes.

Pac is now clearly past his prime but is still the biggest threat to hand Floyd a loss or even stage a competitive fight at 147.

rios is the worst boxer on earth, so i agree.. he is a brainless brawler who has ZERO boxing IQ, and prides himself on taking punches, it amazes me how those around him keep encouraging him to keep doing this knowing hes headed for a long bout of mental problems getting his skull pummeled the way he does. going into the fight we knew rios had no business facing pacquiao, he was rightly advertised as a human punching bag, and it was understood this was a tune up to help manny look good after marquez knocked his soul out in their 4th fight. so i agree with Floyd Sr, even had he fought victor ortiz he would been getting more respect but rios is hands down the most atrocious boxer i've ever seen, at this point floyd deserves a 90-10 split, theres no way in hell manny can demand 50-50 now, but we all know the true roadblock is Arum, manny is his **********, every time he's asked who he fighting next is ''ask my promoter'' with that attitude we will never see it happen.
