How long have you been following boxing? Because you speak as if you're simply regurgitating things you've heard or read and weren't really folllowing the sport when they happen. Floyd was calling for Mosley when he was the top guy at 30 and Mosley was the top guy at 35. Mosley didn't want the fight. Not because he was scared of Floyd. But because Floyd wasn't where he was and he wanted higher paying fights. Go back and watch the postfight interview when Mosley fought Vargas. Just how Shane talked about headaches and all kinda stuff when asked about a Floyd fight. And when they finally did fight. It was Mosley that jumped in Floyd's face after the JMM fight. And much like with all this Pacquaio nonsense. People were saying Floyd was scared of Shane. Ironically, a couple months laterwhen Floyd kicked his ass. Those same people were saying Shane was old and Floyd ducked him when he was in his prime. Which clearly wasn't the case if you've followed both throughout their careers.

But idiots think Manny made oscar go to 147.. oscar was the one calling the shots.. cotto was a catchweight. No dispute there.. margs fight was at 150 instead of 147 so Manny could get an 8th division. It wasn't a catchweight to drain a career welter in margs. It was just for show so Manny could get an 8th division title...
