The thing is that Guerrero and Soto Karass are both better than Rios. However, he probably still beats this current version of Berto I think.

He got shut out in his last fight at 135. Went 1-1 at 140 against C level Avocado & got demolished in his only fight at welter albeit it was against Manny.

Stylistically Rios offers extremely little problems. Berto has beaten far bigger, better fighters & guys with similar styles to Rios.
IMO Zaveck, Urangu are both similar only a lot better, less limited, faster and more proven.

As bad as he is I think hes levels above Rios.
