Pac man is broke, he will be a boxer who carries on boxing into his late 40's

His fault for sticking by Arum

Floyd and Del Hoya were smart, they left Arum and went on to make millions upon millions and here is Pac being given a child's allowance with only 25k to his name, tax issues

Pac sadly will end up like a lot of Don King fighters, its his own fault, he should have left, he had many opportunities, now he will be just another boxer who had it made and ended up with nothing

They are trying to make Manny look bad, specially after all the votes he is going to earned for a presidential race after the recent devastation and him looking like a national hero.
Blah blah blah, if Pac has a smart team around him, and they know he is now a politician then they would make sure things like this are straighten out simple, all that crap about "They are trying to make him look bad" etc is just that crap.

Again they have asked Pac for 2 years now and all they got was a note from Top ranks, top ranks are not the tax man, and a note showing they paid a certain amount on behalf of Pac is NOT the document that the phillipines tax authority required, am actually impress with them because they are not just acting like a little 3rd world country that accepts anything without proper certified copies.

I advise you to visit the Yahoo! Philippines to know the real score. This scam Pac is muddled in goes deeper than a simple tax evasion case.

Everyone should read the news and reports about Pac's case before arriving with a conclusion.

Joe Louis taxes were dated back more than 10 years. Point is it shouldn't take the IRS 2 years to get Pac a certified copy, am sure an ordinary tax paying American or foreign citizen can call up the IRS today and in 2 weeks he or she would have receive their copies, when it comes to Bob Arum am very sceptical. Am sure Pac himself pay his taxes to Bob Arum but how is Pac sure Bob Arum pays that 30% or whatever cut to the taxman on his behalf?
There is a possibility Arum didn't pay the tax according to Pacquaio's total earning in year 2008-2009. We should see tthe truth in a few weeks time.

Pac is going all in against the BIR here in the Pi. He's going to fight them up to the court of tax appeals. Hired top-notch lawyers and accountants.

Taxman states that in the scenario that Pac did actually pay the IRS 30% of his winnings, Pac still has obligations of paying taxes in the Pi because of their rate of 32%.

Taxman demands from PAC the certified true copies from IRS (Photocopy and letter from TOPRANK are not admissable). Stating that Pac should provide the burden of proof. Politics runs deep in Pac's case. You've got to be living here to know what's really going on.

I really don't get where some posters are coming from believing that Pac is BROKE. The case here is Pac owing back-taxes which he is presently fighting against. Simple as that.

This is the fact people keep missing, if Manny cant come up with proof that he paid his taxes, Arum or whoever was handling his taxes, pocketed that 50 million, leaving Manny exposed.......

I expect this story to get dirty soon.......
