That explains nothing. Pacquaio has like 22 different accounts and only 2 had any money it was reported. And it was only like 25k total in those. Keep in mind Arum said he gave Pacquaio an advance earlier in the year for the Rios fight. It's sad man.

It's unlikely. Pacquaio had to BORROW money just to donate for the typhoon relief via Bob Arum. You don't borrow money if you have it somewhere. This was before they froze his accounts.

As far as I'm concerned this is a processing issue. The IRS probably receives endless amounts of inquiries daily and attending to each one is going to take some time.

It doesn't take 2 damn years to get copies of tax documents from the IRS. Come on, who are they fooling with this excuse?
