Tim should just stay at welter,, No need to fight at 154 unless down the road its a huge fight vs cotto or canelo, other than that, he needs to stay at 147 and land fights with manny, ruslan, floyd, khan etc

Bradley fought at junior middleweight 152 pounds in the amateurs. He fought guys like Vanes, Alfredo Angulo, and Andre Berto.

Now he lost to those guys so probably best to stay at 147.

I know he has never spoken about it and he's only about 5'6'' but I think he could, he has a compact frame which holds weight well and Canelo is only an inch taller and done ok at light middle, heck 5'6'' Whitaker did ok at 154lb. So how about it? Because unless there's a Manny rematch, Bradley has no other big money option at 147.

I think he's skilled enough to do well at the weight.
at 154 martirosyan schools sawed off bradley. brad is too featherfisted to have a chance against the more skilled at lt middle.

I'm a supporter of Tim but I think WW is his best weight. His power isn't carrying so well in the higher weight class. Eventhough he may be able to outbox some people at JMW, he may not have enough power for guys to respect him. Someone with a good chin at that higher weight class walks him down and stops him IMO.

Of course i know. I'm saying physically he could fight in the division because he did it for a number of years as an amateur but he's still too small. Plus the true junior middleweights are rehydrating 15-20 pounds as it is.

I've heard bradley talk about going up to fight cotto and canelo in the past. So I'm sure if the money is right he would do it.

Also Emmanuel steward said bradley was winning most his amateur fights towards the end and if they went longer he probably would have won them....

I can only see Bradley at 154 against certain fighters. I would like to see him face guys like Canelo or Cotto. Those are really good fights and Tim should be able to handle the weight. I don't like matchups against Lara or Trout though.
Agree totally! Think Bradley beats both Canelo and possibly Cotto at this stage but he'll struggle against the taller 154 fighters, guys like Trout come to mind but he can stay away from them and build a heck of a legacy by just beating Cotto, then he'd have JMM, Cotto and Pacquiao (LOL) on his resume. That's some run.

I doubt Prov v Bradley gets made any time soon.

ma *****, no way is Vanes more skilled than bradley but he is just way too big for lil desert breeze, but bradley can build a successful 154 pound career by just beating Cotto and possibly Canelo.

Well Cotto is a small jmw he's basically an overblown welterweight. Canelo though at 154, who could be 170 on fight now, that's probably too big
