This always happens and I'll never get it.

Rios, WHO HAS ACTUALLY BEEN IN THE RING AGAINST BOTH, has the best opinion on the matter: Alvarado hit him harder. He also said, like many others have, the Pac's quickness is more effective than power.

Why a lot of you always feel the need to disagree with the one opinion that is actually trustworthy I 'll never get. Or to talk smack like he's in front of you.

I think Rios knows what he's talking about more than you keyboard warriors.

Same thing happened when Judah said Matthysee hits harder than Danny: a whole lot of fanboys got riled up.

This does not mean Rios thinks Alvarado is better, he just hits harder but less effective. So what? There's a reason Pac hasn't had a legit WW KO in his career. It's the speed not the power.

but u have to look at it this way. brandon lost in both of those fights with the manny fight being a shut out. kinda like the hatton vs floyd/pac. he lost in both of those fights with the pac match being the worst one but he was giving floyd more props. of course rios is gonna give credit to the closer fight which was against alvarado. im not saying manny hits harder than mike but i think its pretty obvious what rios is doing here. same with judah, judah won against lucas and lost to danny, is judah gonna give praises to danny over lucas??

The issue is everyone and their mother knows that Pacquiao hit harder than Alvarado. Everyone know Matthyse hits harder than Danny Garcia. Of course if you cover yourself like Rios did vs Pacquiao and go face first like he did vs Alvarado. There is going to be a difference.

i was wondering if anyone else noticed the stutter. i hope he retires while hes ahead. garcia should protect his fighter.

rios is probably being honest. get punched by 1000 clean punches and don't even really get hurt. pac fines feel insulted when it's said that pac isnt the strongest puncher in the world lol.

floyd isnt the strongest puncher in the world either if that makes you feel any better.

Rios Alvarado III will be made sometime next year now. Arum will probably get them a tune up fight for each man and set up a rematch.

Both are coming off losses, with Rios back to back.

He might think Alvarado hits harder, but I've never seen Rios look like that against anyone he ever fought.
