i've grown so accustomed to the kind hearted pacquiao who carries opponents late in the fight. that man didn't exist in pacquiao's prime. he was a total savage. if he wasn't seeing red when he started the fight, the second he got hit he turned into a savage.

but u have to look at it this way. brandon lost in both of those fights with the manny fight being a shut out. kinda like the hatton vs floyd/pac. he lost in both of those fights with the pac match being the worst one but he was giving floyd more props. of course rios is gonna give credit to the closer fight which was against alvarado. im not saying manny hits harder than mike but i think its pretty obvious what rios is doing here. same with judah, judah won against lucas and lost to danny, is judah gonna give praises to danny over lucas??

It's understandable bro. Rios was humiliated big time. He said that just to ease up the shame he got by losing. Remember that he was bragging to retire Pacquaio but in turn was almost the one who got retired.

He was basically just covering up the entire 12 rounds against pac and anticipated the punches therefore lessening the effects. With alvarado he got with flush shots while going on the offense.

Pac's def not a power puncher anymore at 147, its just that he's very accurate at hitting the same spot on opponents face, at a faster speed thats why pacs opponents always wind up bruised and puffy or bloody.
May cant really show his power cuz he usually just pot shots with 3 combos at most and resets. Its good his father brought him back to doing what he usually does best instead of staying in the pocket and exchanging
