Why would anyone change their mind about liking Carl Froch? He didn't stop the fight. Every fighter who gets a gift talks like it wasn't a gift, it's no reason to stop being a fan.

I told before the fight was written,HEARN screwed GROVES looking for a big payday in WARD rematch;he found the right ref and the judges. GROVES deserves a better promoter around him. A ref can't make a pubblic prediction in a world title fight,C'mon!!!

Groves will come in and be more clinical, conserve his energy and improve on his performance

He's only 25, he's come along way since he fought Degale, Froch cant change his style, he will come out and do what he did the first time around.

Groves jab and right hand is the key to victory, and more movement because Froch looked like he couldn't handle the movement

i wonder if the rematch will give the advantage to froch or groves. i'm inclined to think it benefits froch. groves had the element of surprise on his side last time and fought the fight of his life. that early knock down was fortuitous too. froch knows exactly what he's in for now.

but on the other hand, groves seems to be a very shrewd and adjustable fighter.

It's difficult to tell who a rematch will favour but I like Froch to win as he'll come more mentally prepared for a war. I think part of him felt it would be "easy work" last Saturday. Can't rule out Groves by stoppage though, he was landing the right hand consistently.

I would want to have seen a rematch even if Froch had laid Groves out. It was a great fight and it's a shame it is overshadowed by the referee's decision.

When Froch KO's him next time around (Like he should have been given the opportunity to in the first fight) and Groves is face down, arse up in la-la land, I hope the ref gives Groves the full 10 count, so we can end this bullcrap.

WTF do you mean you don't have to give him a rematch? The court of public opinion says you have to after that terrible stoppage. You Mr Froch shouldn't have a say in the matter unless you agree or not. You weren't at fault the ref was. He is the one who should be admonished for terrible judgement.

Groves deserves nothing Georgia earned it.

If the Ref would have asked Carl to walk towards him in the 1st round after the knock down, Froch wouldn't have been able to do so too wobbly. Froch got a pass there and the bell sounded. Close to a first round KO and with a legitimate ref it would have been over in round one. The ref saved Froch from the quick KO.
