He needs to move to 140. At 147 he is limited physically from competing with any one not named Manny Pac.

Like a 4...he'll beat your average welter, but once you bring up some of the top guys and/or biggest weight cutters his 147 odds start to look pretty slim. you have guys who can go from like 180+ down to 147 and make weight no problem.
