    Was George Groves Crying When...

...he got a gift decision against James DeGale?

Or how about when he was floored and in bad trouble against Kenny Anderson only to get a premature stoppage in the next round?

Groves refused to give either guy a rematch and even gloated about that fact - he posted a picture on Twatter of himself dumping the British title in a bin so he wouldn't have to defend against Anderson. He claimed he "bashed up" DeGale (it was a 1 point Majority Decision) so didn't need to rematch him.

Now I think last night's stoppage was disgraceful and that Groves was clearly winning but I'm personally not going to have too much sympathy for him.

Rematch with Anderson was made, and Groves pulled off a typical Adam Booth/Hayemaker move and cried off with injury, only to go and fight someone else.

Reverse the roles last night and there is no way Groves would rematch Froch.

      I actually forgot about that!

Here's the infamous picture of him dumping the belt....

Undefeated George Groves has caused some controversy after posting the below photo, with the following statement - "here's me handing my title over to Kenny Anderson." Groves obviously upset over losing the British super middleweight title without ever stepping in the ring. Groves was ordered to face Kenny Anderson in a rematch. Due to an injury from a pervious bout, he was unable to go forward. Anderson stopped Robin Reid over the weekend to captured the vacant belt.

I felt sorry for him at the time but not so much any more.

For anyone who hasn't seen it...

                Was this a fair stoppage?

Groves destroyed Froch, Froch needs to give him the rematch not the other way around. Everyone knows who the real champ is now.
