Because Anderson is as good as Froch. Groves was tired, Froch never stops throwing, survive another 3 rounds? I don't think so, it was a early stoppage but people are talking like Groves had it won.

Groves come out of this far better, Just listening to the crowd that were booing him bad then cheering him at the end should tell you. He will not get a rematch i would bet my life on it.

Yes it came out better than if the ref had let it go on and he got stopped. Everyone can pretend he wasn't tired, hurt and more than a quarter of the fight left.

His shown in other fights he was hurt and still won, He was not badly hurt at all he was still swinging that ref couldnt wait to stop the figth.

I agree, it's the people talking as if Groves had it won I don't agree with, like the tide wasn't changing.

That's my opinion, too.

Froch would have stopped Groves, perhaps brutally if the ref hadn't dived in.

That said, the ref should have given Groves a standing count.

Someone the ref knows says he saw him on tv and makes a prediction on the fight which the ref "likes". As it turns out Howard Foster actually did stop the fight in round 9
