Even though they say it wasn't a tune up, it was a good tune up considering the amount of fights Pac has been in.

His problem is that against Elite well he's against elite. Bradley couldn't even outbox Manny and Marquez..well they fought 3 times prior to that devastating KO, Mayweather fight still and always will be intriguing but I think Pac has definitely slowed down more.

I think Pac boxing more could be a very good thing for him.

This fight if anything is to restore the confidence in Manny's fanbase (obvious in this forum) and also restore confidence in his sponsors. This fight was to us who knows the sport has always been a farce. I don't subscribe to the notion Pac is done just because he got KO. Pac has yet to face his real threat, and despite what anyone says, he did struggled with Bradley, and that's why he wasn't able to get the decision.

I would love to see a Mayweather fight, but i want more intrigue....meaning, i want to see him (Manny) convincingly beating Bradley/Marquez, and then say, yes Mayweather does have a challenge. A Boxer like Pac who rarely throws a jab, lounges in, is setting himself up real bad to be countered by technical fighters. As i said, Pac did what he and his team set out to do tonight and that was to win back the confidence in his fanbase and sponsors, and from the discussion here, i know they have accomplished that.

This fight needed to be stopped by the 9th round when it was clear Rios had no answer for Pacquiao.
There was no reason to allow Rios one of his best fighters to continue to take an undeserved ass kicking the way he did.
Regardless of his animosity with Roach his job is to protect his fighter even from himself. He didn't do that again tonight.

Even though Pacquiao Won today... After watching this fight.. THERE IS NO WAY, Pacquiao can beat Mayweather... Rios is not known for good defense.. so if Pacquiao could barely do damage to Rios in this fight who is 100 times slower than Mayweather, and Mayweather has a 100 times better defense than Rios.. I don't see how anyone can think Pacquiao could beat Mayweather.. Pacquiao Had a AWESOME AND BEAUTIFUL ride, but I think he is not the same fighter he was when he had his run from Oscar De Lohaya - Margarito.

Perfect time for Mayweather to fight him.

Yes I did and guess why because i'm going not off my opinion of the man but that of quite a few members of the pugilistic world who've stated so..because as i've stated he's not a bad fighter he just has short comings...did I say he's crap no...I said he has no heart...there are tons of great boxers with no heart doesn't make them crap. No it's Bradley or JMM then Mayweather. Pac was cautious in this fight and rightly so.

I don't know, I just feel like now that he has less bargaining power and that KO loss last year, I could see the fight getting made sooner than later. It would still rake in money and I'm sure Pacquiao doesn't want to fight forever. Plus Mayweather just fought the most appealing guy (lucrative) outside of Manny and dominated him. It's just a hunch.
