I'm not hurt at all. If you actually read my previous post, the one's prior to the fight, I posted that Pacquiao was going to hurt Rios badly in this fight.

Unlike you I can be an objective fan. I like Rios and I am a fan of his, but I knew he had no chance against a fighter like Pacquiao.

As for this whining you say I do? I'm not whining. You are. You're the one saying Marquez got lucky and was on roids to beat Pacquiao, when there is absolutely no evidence of that. Marquez has always been a tough fight for Pacquiao, and he's always had a killer right hand. The time he trained for Pacquiao he trained specifically to KO him and not to win rounds.
It was that simple.

First of all I think Bradley got a gift against Pacquaio. I had Manny winning by a margin. I don't see a rematch playing out differently. Manny will never be able to stop Tim, he's too durable. It'll go to the scorecards and then there will be controversy.

Second, I think that even the best version of Manny doesn't stand a chance versus Floyd. Floyd is too tough. Too good chin, physically stronger than Pac, and too good defense. Floyd is a nightmare opponent for Pac. I think he'd make him look silly.

Third, I have no idea what would happen with another Marquez fight. I could see Juan getting knocked out. He's getting old. That's what people tend to forget here. These guys are ALL past their primes. There's no question Marquez is the more skilled fighter; he has better defense, more technical skills. He's slower, though. We'll see when it happens.

What tells me more than anything else is that Floyd absolutely schooled Marquez. Hell, Juan didn't win a round in my book. And that is despite that Marquez is about as smart and proficient as they come. Yet Manny has struggled with him every single fight; he got gifted a decision or two and then the last one he got stretched.

I don't know really why the fight has never been made. I feel we will never see Pac vs Floyd. If we do I can only see either a UD for Floyd or a late TKO or something. I don't think Pac has the power or skills to hurt him.

Rios was made to order. Everbody knows the Straight fwd fighters make Pac look like Ray .Leonard. Let's see how he looks against Marquez again who's not some 1 dimensional stalker. Then let's talk Floyd.

I wanted Rios to win but Manny looked really good. I had thought That PAC was slipping because of his last 3 fights but he showed that he's still a upper echelon fighter and that he still a class or two above Rios level opponents. I don't think it was a great performance on his part but still a really good job. He's still really quick and used that large ring to his advantage. He landed a ton of shots but nothing stunned Rios and was never in danger of being KO. It wasnt Cotto vs Rodriguez type of drubbing.


Props to Rios for lasting the whole 12 and never really being hurt. He landed some shots Wish he would have made it a bit more interesting he's just not at that level. Now let Manny fight Bradley or Floyd and Rios fight the Russian or Alvarado.

Actually, you cant look good if your opponent is hiding in a shell...if he opens up, boom. thats it.

Rios was slow,easy to hit,with poor defense!of course PAC is gonna look good! When u have poor opposition in front of u, of course ur gonna look extraordinary.Lets see how PAC does against "A" level competition... That's why rios was choosen... Needed to test the water!
