  • pacquiao groupies are drooling in excitement right now relax the whole world predicted rios was overmatched ,this is the equivalent of floyd beating shamba mitchell ..pacquiao needs to EARN a shot at floyd, this wont cut it, at this point floyd should get a 90-10 split. let him fight Bradley or Canelo or Cotto ,he don't deserve a floyd beatdown based on this BS fight. as far as im concerned pacquiao not ready for floyd.

its time we stop praising guys for being atrocious boxers, rios WILL have brain damage ,why cheer that on? the man has a family ,get him a job at UPS, rios is NOT a boxer, hes a brainless brawler whos being lied to by greedy trainers. this is not ''heart'' its ******ity

      • Was it the Manny Pacquiao of old? No way
But at this age, Manny needs to box like this. He can't take hits as well anymore, and will tire out throwing 1,000 punches a fight. He will beat mostly everyone in boxing, by just boxing like he did today with skill and experience
but no way this version of Pacquiao beats Mayweather. Also, i think Pacs done taking risky fights against bigger guys so dont drool over a Canelo,Martinez, etc. kind of fight

why would floyd get a 90-10 split? i thought numbers don't lie? pac still generates great numbers so isn't that all that matters? when pac was at the top of the division numbers were all that mattered and that was why floyd couldn't fight pac so why does he have to prove himself now? also victor ortiz and robert guerrero lol.

90-10 split is preposterous. PAC believe it or not is a bigger draw. They both would sell huge numbers but I'd give PAC the edge on overall sales. This fight would easily be the biggest fight of the last 20-25 years. Make it happen!!!

              • [QUOTE=JakeNDaBox;13959619]Manny Pacquiao returned to the win column for the first time in more than two years, but the jury is still out on whether or not he can ever return to past form and acclaim.

Things went as advertised for the Filipino superstar, who dished out 12 rounds of punishment against a willing opponent in Brandon Rios. The end result was a landslide unanimous decision win in their HBO PPV headliner Saturday evening in Macau, China (Sunday afternoon local time).

Scores were 120-108, 119-109 and 118-110 in favor of Pacquiao. No knockdowns were scored, though certainly not for a lack of trying. [Click Here To Read More][/QUOTE
manny could knockout rios in the middle of 12th round when rios was going backward towards ring but instead of finishing rios many let him come in the middle and it was obvious manny was throwing baby punches in 12th round bcuz he knew his power punches could end rios carrier .rios know that that's why he called manny a nice person

Yeah he should get a 90-10 split based on what? Selling 100k more in ppv per bout than Pacquaio..here's the numbers...but feel free to justify it however you want...since the numbers don't lie. I'm a fan of both but hate when folks do the kind of shhh you just tried to pull.

Mayweather since dlh average :1.17 million ppv per bout
Pacquaio since dlh average : 1.07 million ppv per bout
