The first thing he said was "We have another 30 minutes" then when Roach said "No you don't" Garcia tried to explain to him why they have an extra 30 minutes but he wasn't having any of it.

the fact that top rank approved and granted team rios an extra 30min and robert chooses to not mention about this is asking for it. the way roach acted was unacceptable but like i said if robert would have just told roach from the get go that top rank approved them an extra 30 then it prolly wouldnt have gotten that far.

He CLEARLY told Roach they had more time AND the reason why. If Roach had a problem with that (and he clearly did), he should have went to Top Rank and got clarification. But no, he wanted beef. Seriously do not know why this is still even being discussed.
