His age doesn't excuse what happened and the fact he won a fight unfairly though does it? He was a late starter and only stepped it up at the age of 31/32 don't forget. He started at about 26, and only had his first world class fight at the very end of 2008 against Pascal when he was about 32, so he's a very young 36. He's probably got a year or two left before it starts to catch up to him though. A bit like Campbell, Martinez, Sahaprom etc. Hits them pretty quickly when it finally does catch up though.

Groves always looks bad in those exchanges, he has a rubber limbed movement and style the way he sways around to avoid punches. He was hurt but not hurt enough.

And he could have taken a knee if he really wanted to. Damn, if it wasn't for the corrupt scorecards he could have taken several knees and still been ahead on the cards.

age doesn't matter to froch. he has no speed to lose anyway. froch will be dominating well into his 60's.

Froch doesnt need to "excuse" anything, hardly his fault what happened

A bit of humidity doesn't hurt. Something he lacked post fight. Actually his whole career.

**** humility froch is a winner. Why would I want a humble boxer who accepts they are losing? Froch's mentality has saved him on so many occasions its unreal.

                    Haha humidity,

On a serious note, Froch has always believed his **** doesn't stink. If he didn't fight like such a warrior he wouldn't have any fans.

If he'd of grabbed Groves arm at the end of the fight and held it aloft with his own and walked round the ring, everyone would of cheered fact!.
