Agreed. I believe Rios is underestimated a lot of times going into fights, but I definitely think his style is not going to serve him well against an extremely motivated and in shape Pacquiao. All depends on how that KO has or has not affected him.

exactly like you said rios is making hi welter weight debut... rios still has not faught at the wealter weight level this will be his first time!!!
