Yes, Freddie started it BUT it escalated quickly when Alex butted in. When Alex started mocking Roach's Parkinson's, Roach went from mad to furious. Even Garcia mentions in one of the videos that it got really bad when Roach stopped looking at him and started looking at Ariza.
