Didn't look like Barker could really move Froch in the few shots they show him landing. But yeah, it was a Carl Froch promo. I'm sure Barker had his moments here and there that won't show.

Anyone know who Groves is using for sparring?

I don't think Barker and Groves are similar in styles so don't see what Froch dominating Barker proves

sparring never really proves all that much imo, its just sparring after all. but working with a world champion is never a bad thing regardless of his style, barker is a much better fighter than groves imo and that can only help carl.

I bet Barker had the better of Froch but they edited to make Carl look good. Froch is the most overrated fighter on the planet.

Eubank, Benn, Watson, Jones Jr, McClellan and Toney would knock Froch the **** out. Could you say the same for Ward? No. Could you say the same for Dirrell, No. Froch is average at his very best. Bute is a bum and that fight meant nothing.
