Ward did what he felt was necessary. Rodriguez could have mentioned VADA testing way before the contracts were signed. Would you purchase a car and after you've made your down payment, the car dealership says we need to add $5,000 dollars to the amount of your vehicle, are you going to say ok or will you be opposed of it? Rodriquez and his camp should have mentioned it during negotiations, not after the damn contracts have been signed. That's his fault! Ward is the champ, if he refused the testing than that's that. It wouldn't have mattered either way, Rodriquez got his *ss handed to him.

Nobody cares. You ducked the tests. That's all there is to it.
Wouldn't be surprised if he juiced up to recover from that injury.

VADA is not the way to go. As long as that criminal Conte is involved with VADA...all boxers should avoid being tested by that agency. Conte was a criminal who helped athletes cheat.Last edited by Frank Ducketts; 11-18-2013, 10:56 AM.Comment

I call bullcrap. Ward said a very long time ago, that he wanted to better Floyd in the random testing department. Now he says he isn't ready for it and "wants do do his homework"!
Excuses, excuses, excuses.
Ward has just been out 14 months for crying out loud! Why didn't he do his 'homework' while rehabbing? Excuse me!
He is not credible at all. If he really wanted to do OST, he'd have proposed it himself for this fight anyway. No more latitude for this guy.Last edited by BattlingNelson; 11-18-2013, 10:47 AM.Comment

I bet you were not defending Manny Pacquiao when he refused to take a drug test were you?
Oh the hypocrisy of some fans!Last edited by JJRod; 11-18-2013, 10:59 AM.Comment

That's a point though, why didn't Ward bring it up? He's been talking about testing for years.
I don't think Ward trusted the way the VADA situation was being put on him, and it seems like he's had a fall-out with Conte (who he used to work with).Comment
