Max Kellerman: "Andre, you won every round".

Ok maybe but what now? Max looks like a tool as always and he is not the only one in boxing. I would rather him over exaggerate on live tv than have some of these lousy reffing jobs like letting Wlad hug his way to a UD against Povetkin or some of the just terrible scorecards that can ruin a fighter's career, or these sanctioning bodies that place undeserving fighters like Chavez Jr in title pictures when he beats no one of note who are little dwarfs compared to him.Jesus fucking wept in a blender, I'm gonna puke in a minute.
I'm not, to make it clear, talking about Max's commentary during the fight. I'm talking about the express comment he made to Andre before the interview, stating as fact that Andre had won every round.
Do you **** hawks comprehend? It doesn't matter if "oh, Andre won every round anyways, the judges were kind to Rodriguez" - that's IRRELEVANT.
The FACT is, that, OFFICIALLY, Andre DIDN'T win every round. For Max to state otherwise AS A FACT is incorrect and unprofessional.
Do you still regard official decisions that highly? I would trust a BS poll over an official judges card anyday in a controversial fight.Comment

Spray, I'd take the "official" verdicts of most judges today and piss them up the wall. They ain't worth ****.
But I wouldn't then go up to a "loser" and go "you won that fight"... at least, not if I were a pro sports broadcaster.Comment

I would in that situation in the post fight interview say something like on my personal score card i had you way ahead if it was some clear robbery, even on live tv I see no harm in that.
I like how Jim Gray handles that situation and then proceeds to dissects the "winner" with all sorts of questions in regards to how the fight went to get some truth about what he really thinks happened in there.Comment

You hear the entire commentary team and Harold Lederman's opinion on who is winning rounds the entire damn fight. Why would it bother anyone at the end of the fight?Comment

Check the bolded.
Max goes from commentator expressing an opinion to someone stating a fact during an interview... but the content doesn't change.Comment
