Pacquiao would solve alot of arguments,if he stops rios that question will be asked straight away, although roach mentions marquez 5 hope not!! Sergio Martinez is doable at CW only!! unfortunitely.I think that would be a mega achievement for floyd one i believe he could achieve but history would state he beat a drained middleweight for the title so i dont know,i think a heavy handed fighter who can go to the body is the only threat for floyd but he would have to be relentless theres no one outboxing him at WW or JM Thurman at WW? maybe he could be relentless.Fighting non catchweight prime junior middleweights poses big risk because of size and power. In this order Sergio Martinez Manny Pacquiao Timothy Bradley Amir Kahn or Broner thats what i would like to see.
If Floyd only takes fights he knows he can win then who do you want to see him fight

So according to you and what I wrote I'm not a Floyd fan? Am I making stuff up or putting words in Floyd's mouth? Let me ask you this if Floyd say his name is not really Floyd should I believe him or say his lying.Comment

if ortiz, ghost at 147 is better than manny, cotto, margs, bradley,, then more power to you,
and if sosa, ndou, were top guys at lightweight
or at 140 with corley, bruscles, gatti,,,,
what was ortiz and guerrero's best win-- berto, and what was berto's best win......Comment

floyd mayweather would be hugely favored over any fighter campaigning @ or below 154 lbs.
it's not an appropriate fight, but if i could choose anybody for mayweather to fight it would be gennady golovkin. if you want to be one of the 25 greatest fighters of all time that's a great place to start.
You now have to choose Floyd's future opponents carefully, one who has the resume to destroy their pre-concieved arguments, yet this is with current state of the proven champs, most are in the twilight of their career, so the default argument will be that they're washed-up. Though I choose Manny, no one knows for sure what is going on with him for he loses and wins throughout his career; his fans and critics still holds him in high regard when juxtapose his career and common opponents with that of Mayweather's. Just understand that Mayweather's critics are really his haters and will never be please until he loses, so for now, I am going with the fight that will bring the most hype and satisfaction to the fans.
Sidenote# I also want to ascertain my perception of Manny's limited boxing skills. People are easily fooled by what they see and hear... not me. Pac, to me, has accomplished more than Mayweather in that he took whatever limitation he had and excel to the highest point. However, I do feel Mayweather could have done way more with what he possess, and for that, my respect goes out Pac.Comment

**** that crap. boring fights that will never happen, and rightfully so. floyd mayweather shouldn't use up one of this last few fights for one of those guys. additionally, if you're fighting a nobody you might as well stay away from the southpaws who are bigger than you are. casual fans drive PPV sales. that fight would bomb like guerrero did.Comment

There's a reason why Floyd called manny out to fight the day after PAC beat cotto, even gave PAC 5050, 14 Days cut off, 1 mil per lb and pick of ring size but manny still avoided Floyd hiding behind the drug test issue.
You can convince yourself whatever you'd like thoughComment

The problem with this fight will be like the Canelo fight. Though everyone and their mama is saying GGG is killer, if Floyd were to take the fight and win they would say GGG was unproven.
