that's way to fast a weight loss. I can almost guarantee you hes going to be lethargic and have stamina problems. he should have never ballooned that high. that type of behavior shortens careers and imo is a big reason why he never won a world title. Rid**** bowe was the same way. too damn lazy outside the ring and it cut his career short

No argument - it's definitely not the healthiest way to live, and has it's consequences. Still, Tua lost 110 pounds. That's impressive.

its better than walking in there a tub of lard but he should have never put himself in the position of needing to drop that much weight. ive heard he used to do the same thing when he was younger. its just laziness and ******

tua looks as good as i've seen him look in years, and that scale does not lie.

go get him, tuaman. i want to see you fight (and likely destroy,) bronze wilder.

                      ...

                      dude, this is a heavyweight.

weight class boxers drain themselves by sweating out water before they weigh in. heavyweights just eat well and train right, and the weight comes off "naturally."

drained means emaciated and dehydrated. tua is neither of those things. does that gut look like he starved himself and has dried out? [the answer is no. look at him...]

if you were a gigantic man with a ton of muscle you'd shed weight quickly when you stopped eating like a lard ass and sitting around, the way tua has been doing.
