Comments Thread For: Weights: David Tua in Top Form, Drop 110-Pounds

Regardless of how "svelte" his figure is, no 40 year old who hasn't fought in years can drop 110 lbs and be in "top form". Top form maybe for a magazine cover but even though his opponent is practically a zombie, he won't find it easy, unless Ustinov just stands there and looks at him. Oh yes, he'll also have to lean forward and stick his jaw out so that Tua can jump up to reach him. It must be a set-up of some sort. But for whom,.......??
Just had to check THAT out.... the guy is not 7 feet tall he's 6"7', so maybe Tua won't have to jump up to hit him.Last edited by edgarg; 11-15-2013, 02:21 AM.

^ I was thinking the same, the weight loss could backfire because it was very rapid, he should have really lost it over a 6 to 9 month span, not in a couple of months. Most probably his body won't have enough time to adjust and regain optimum strength, but there are always exceptions to the rule.
