I would say he's got a punchers shot , but Rios isn't that big of a puncher . He's a tough Sob who will take your best shot and smile at you. I just can't imagine anything other than a tko(thinking Garcia won't hesitate to stop the fight ) victory for Pacquaio.

HE has a very good chance of winning. Show me the list of fighters that have come back and been the same after getting starched. Fighters rarely, if ever come back well after that and certainly not ones who have taken as much punishment as Manny has over such a long career.
