we get it, floyd and ellerbee said this about cotto/manny so you are applying what they said to floyd/canelo so you can invalidate floyd's win.
I dunno, they gave pretty blanket statements. Floyd said to him Cotto is undefeated cause Pac fought him at a CW, full stop. Cotto showed way more stamina in his dominant loss, running fast for 6 rounds non stop. He'd probably never covered that much ground in a bout, can't do that drained. By contrast Canelo was static and threw few punches, and never stepped on the gas. Not to mention he was a full division lighter fight night than in his previous fight. So if either guy was drained, common sense would say Canelo.

No, just wondering how what floyd and ellerbee said about manny v cotto in 2012 applies to floyd v canelo in 2013.

Cmon herobando. tell the truth. floyd said he looked at cotto as undefeated b/c of the CW loss to manny and b/c margs cheated with plaster when he beat him.

SO what floyd and ellerbee said in 2012 about cotto v manny doesn't apply to floyd v canelo in 2013. But you are saying canelo looked more drained than cotto because that makes the manny win better than the floyd win.

        Is that it?

Call me crazy, but I bet SHowtime and GBP are PRAYING that Maidana beats Broner badly so they can make floyd/maidana. I just can't believe amir khan is going to get this fight.

Even if you think floyd deserves a "easy fight" (which I don't) coming off Canelo this is just not a good fight.
Showtime are after money, the couldn't care less what anyone thinks after signing Mayweather to that monster contract, you best believe the Khan fight is happening and it would be next, at the end of the day this khan fight brings everyone involve the most money than any fighter out there from 140-154 right now.

Only someone like you or the rest of the village people would have to 'wonder' about such a thing. Froch v GGG at 168 in february, anyone?

Sh-tty ass fight. Why doesn't Khan earn his f-cking win by at least beating Devon or a top 10 WW?

The Zab Judah coming off the Baldomir loss was a better opponent than this.

Fighting Danny Garcia would pretty much be that fight that people would say "He had no choice, Garcia was the best available." Amir Khan? That's just sad. Most likely the first PPV fight I won't buy, and likely not even watch of Floyd Mayweather since I don't even know when. Unfortunately Angel does nt want the fight yet.

JMM was a more credible opponent.

I remember most Floyd fans buying into it, until 6 months ago.
So do u personally think it matters? Did those 2lbs make canelo and or cotto lose?

I understand. if the fight is on CBS/sho and not ppv, then I can understand why its being made. It would be the equivalent of odh v steve forbes.

this is still a really ****ty crap fight.

Uhoh I see you're trying to hit me up for more logic 101 lessons. I've already given you too much time with scant results, I like to see progress. Like here, you trying to divert to Marg really does nothing to wash away Floyd's/Ellerbe's/your hypocrisy on CWs.

Remember, it's the intent that counts. Clearly they were hoping Canelo comes in drained, hence the humiliating request. And if Cotto was drained, Canelo showed more signs of drainage.
