He was a coward to chicken**** to serve his country yet didnt leave. He fought in Africa yet wasnt man enough to stay there after disrespecting America. He profited immensely from the capitalistic system. George Foreman and Joe Frazier are both better men than Ali ever was. Both of them have good marriages and familkies. Ali was a womanizer who cheated on his many wives. Please dont confuse hype with reality.
    OH - MY - GOD

    This is single handedly the most shocking thing I think I have ever seen. Ali didnt fight in Vietnam because he disagreed with the war. He wasnt even going to fight, the US wanted him to be a 'morale booster' - go over to Nam to cheer the troops up. No way did they want to send Ali into battle - can you imagine the bad propaganda if the heavyweight champion of the world had gotten killed!? He didnt go to war because it, just like Iraq, was a bull**** war that had NOTHING to do with Americans. Countless American lives were ruined because of a warmongering president without morales. Also, why would Ali want to fight for his country after the way he had been treated by the majority of white Americans? As Ali said, "no Vietcong ever called me a ******".

    He wasnt a draft dodger. If that had been WW2, where the war was worth fighting, Ali would have been there. Someone else said that his religion allows him to kill people in the ring but not in war - wrong. If you think boxing is about trying to kill people then you are watching the wrong sport my friend. It IS a brutal sport, but not one boxer enters the ring HOPING to kill someone. And rules are in place to make it as safe as possible. It is not drowning a village with Agent Orange of Napalm

        And another thing, if you think PBF is the best of all time you're off your rocker. He absolutely cannot compare to the achievements of Sugar Ray Robinson, Sugar Ray Leonard, Muhammad Ali etc etc

          Yeah, but he probably should've though when he faced Barbados Joe;

          "Although the mill went the limit and was called a draw there were plenty present who thought Langford won" - National Police Gazette

          "Langford was entitled to the verdict and should have been awarded the world title." - New York Illustrated News

          And if Ketchel hand't refused granting Langford a title defense it's very likely Langford would've won the middleweight title (based on many opinions of those from the time, who stated Langford basically carried Ketchel through their six round contest, as well as my opinion of seeing them both).

          Of course we all no that Jack Johnson refused to meet Sam Langford for the Heavyweight title, and outright refused at least two BIG money offers to defend against Sam on British and Australian soils.

          Oh...I'll take Langford's 60(or so) wins against HOF'ers, which is by far the most in the history of the sport, over some title anyday.

                      That is the most biased bull**** Ive ever heard! Ray Robinson would be the greatest boxer of all time. Michael Jordan great est basketball player of all time. Ali isnt even the greatest heavyweight of all time.. No comparison here!
