115-113 type decisions are a struggle; getting hit clean a few times doesn't equal struggling but if thats your defintion for him struggling than so be it.

It so happens two out of the three landed them from a Southpaw angle which is where that myth comes from.
He can get hit by southpaws or righties but due to Floyd's defensive tactics (eg shoulder roll), you need to have a good/effective left hand.

Floyd usually figures out the average opponent within two rounds, his inability to figure out a guy past that usually presents a struggle alah judah, ortiz and corley, who had early sucsess against floyd though those were early struglees after 5-6 rounds floyd already figured them out anyways but how many 115-113 fights have we seen floyd in?de la hoya imo didnt do better then cotto so that score was more based off of the popularity and pull oscar had in vegas...judah beatfloyd 4-out of the first 6 rounds and lost 116-112 so to you who looked more belivable judah or de la hoya?

Judah won more clean rds than Oscar but he took alot more punishment than Oscar did. Corely wasn't credit with winning a rd and Ortiz was only credit with winning 1 rd. Hell the judges gave more credit to Robert Guerrero and we all know he didn't win a rd.

I think you need to be a both handed fighter
